How do I pay for my website?
All Website Design Invoices can be paid via Bank Transfer. Our full banking details are included on the invoices.
We do not accept credit card payments.
Can I deduct withholding Tax?
The fees for Hue Marketing’s services may attract 3% withholding tax for marketing services. You are responsible for remitting this amount to the Revenue Department and issuing a WHT certificate to us.

In addition, the actual physical copy of the certificates must be delivered to our address above.
In the event that we do not receive a WHT certificate from you within three months of the WHT payment, we will invoice you for the deducted amount.
Our business is based outside Phuket, is that a problem?
No, not at all. We can and do work just as effectively with clients all over the country and internationally.
For overseas transfers, we recommend using Wise (formally Transfer Wise). It’s cheaper and faster to transfer money from bank to bank without paying extra transfer fees and exchange rates.

What is WordPress and why do you only use it for building websites?
WordPress is a content management system (CMS) platform that powers more than 40% of all websites on the internet. It allows agencies like ours to create beautiful unique websites for clients of all sizes, while also enabling our clients to easily publish content online.
WordPress is free, user-friendly, customizable, scalable, and highly favored by Google in terms of search engine optimization (SEO). For these reasons, we believe it is the best solution for our clients’ day-to-day digital operations.
Will my website be built on a theme?
All of our standard websites are built using two themes, a base theme for specific functionality and a custom Hue Marketing Theme to manage the unique custom design elements of your site.
The majority of our themes are backed by two industry powerhouses Divi Theme and Elementor as these allow us to custom design every website from the ground up for suitability and practicality.
They release multiple updates every year which we then in turn update for our clients to ensure their websites work perfectly well and bug-free.
Depending on the scope of your project, we may use different themes as a base to cover your required functionality. Not all themes are as easy to self-manage, so if that’s one of your requirements we will need to discuss options with you.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes! We follow the Mobile First best practices, a design approach that prioritizes the mobile user experience. Our responsive designs automatically adapt to the different sizes of display.
Some of the key considerations of a mobile-first approach include responsive design, fast loading times, and easy navigation on small screens. It’s not only based on the assumption that most users will access it on a mobile device but also since March 2018 Google use the mobile view of your website for page indexing and ranking.

Hosting & Maintenance
Do I have to use Hue Marketing to host my website?
No.
We support two approaches, depending on how you prefer to manage your website:
- Website Care (Hosted by Hue Marketing) – we manage your hosting and technical maintenance
- Website Management (Client-hosted) – we maintain and oversee the website while you manage your own hosting
Ongoing support is provided only where an active Website Care or Website Management plan is in place.
If you choose to host your website independently without a management plan, you will be fully responsible for:
• hosting performance and uptime
• plugin and theme licenses
• backups and security
• ongoing updates and maintenance
Can I make changes to the website on my own?
Yes.
All websites we build are designed to allow you to easily update content, such as text, images, pricing, and basic page content.
If you prefer not to manage updates yourself, we can assist with changes as a separate service.
Are website updates included in maintenance?
No.
Website Care and Website Management focus on technical maintenance and ongoing oversight.
This includes keeping the website secure, stable, and compatible as WordPress evolves.
Content updates, design changes, and new features are not included and can be quoted separately where required.
What happens if I need help or have a quick question?
Support is handled via email to ensure requests are properly tracked and scheduled.
For clients who prefer messaging, we offer an optional Priority Messaging Support add-on (WhatsApp / LINE) for short questions and guidance.
How can I pay for website hosting, maintenance, and support?
Website Care and Website Management plans are invoiced quarterly.
