What Is Plaza Del Mar
Plaza Del Mar opened its doors and established itself as a high end business hub in January of 2005. The Plaza Del Mar provides a office and showroom rental space conveniently located by the entrance to Laguna-Phuket. Constructed in the classic old Sino-Portuguese style with its distinctive western elements such as arches, arcades and pediments the Plaza Del Mar makes an elegant first impression to visiting clients and customers and has been home for many long term businesses requiring centrally located property here in Phuket.
What Was Required
The primary objective was to provide rental information to potential tenants. Before the website photos and descriptions of all available units at the time we sent to a recipients email address, this was not only time consuming but also generated quite a large download for potential tenants in their e-mail inbox. The secondary objective was to increase the visibility of the Plaza Del Mar so it could start to generate its own leads regarding office rental phuket and phuket office space.
It goes without saying that providing location information and ease of contact was also critical.
What We Did
Because the website was going to be maintained in house we wanted to keep the structure simple. But it also needed to be flexible enough to allow rental units to switch between available and unavailable. This way it would be easy for potential tenants to see which units were available to rent and the information and pictures for those units only.
We also created a business directory of the current tenants, similar to the large signboard at the front of the property to indicate what business are here and what they do. We used a different structure within the website to ensure that these pages would not override the main purpose of the site which was to promote office rental.
Ensuring that the location and contact information was available at all times was important, but we also wanted to make it as easy as possible. In addition links to the contact form and maps we also included a scanable QR code with all the contact information needed. Once quick scan and you have the Contact Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Website address and the Google Map GPS Location.
The End Result
Overall we managed to convey the look of the Plaza Del Mar which is a really beautiful building as well as fulfill their objectives. By taking extra care with our SEO we achieve first page results for a variety of “phuket office rental” inquiries and anyone searching for the property on Phuket will have no problems at all. The manager is also now able to direct interested tenants to additional information without having to take over their inbox.
