What Is Plaza Del Mar
Plaza Del Mar opened its doors and established itself as a high end business hub in January of 2005. The Plaza Del Mar provides a office and showroom rental space conveniently located by the entrance to Laguna-Phuket.
Constructed in the classic old Sino-Portuguese style with its distinctive western elements such as arches, arcades and pediments the Plaza Del Mar makes an elegant first impression to visiting clients and customers and has been home for many long term businesses requiring centrally located property here in Phuket.
What was required
A Newspaper Advertisement
The advert should reflect the design aspects of the property, be flexible to change availability of units without need for a redesign. At the time the location of the plaza was not as well know or to be found on google maps (we also rectified this for them) so it was also important to include a near-by prominent landmark to identify a location (Laguna Phuket).

What We Did
Using photographs provided by the Plaza Del Mar management we produced several variations of ads until the style you see here was agreed upon. In the earlier ads the call to actions was just a phone call or email for more information. But once the Plaza Del Mar Phuket Website was up and running it was also included as a source for more information.
We also provided the following:
- Registered the property with Google Maps
- Created a Google + business page
- Created the Plaza Del Mar Website
The End Result
Variations of the advert created by Hue Marketing run with slight modifications in the local Phuket Gazette newspaper whenever the Plaza Del Mar has some available units to rent. In combination with the other services we provided the ads always generate interest from businesses looking to rent office space in the area.
The first adverts ran before the website or google map listings were in place. Response was good but some callers thought it was a hotel / accommodation rental property. So we emphasized the office / showroom aspect of the ad which helped.
After the Google Map listing and Plaza Del Mar website went online the ad performed even better, the website generated its own stream of inquiries which was enhanced significantly when the advert ran in the local press.
