What Is Riviera Residence Phuket
Riviera Residence Phuket is a new property development located in Karon, Phuket. The development comprising of 65 spacious one and two-bedroom condominiums and 6 pool villas.
Managed by the world-famous Radisson group, there is also an exclusive 138-key hotel & resort, complete with multiple swimming pools, world-class restaurants, landscaped gardens, spas, exercise facilities, and more.
The Residences lie on 40 rai or 64,000 sqm of the untouched forest more than half of which has been set aside for an Adventure Eco Park created to simultaneously promote and preserve the natural beauty and ecology of the area.
What Was Required
The digital pdf property brochure was to be circulated before any of the printed collateral for the property was developed. Providing a convenient and cost-effective way to share the vision of the new Phuket property with prospective investors and agents alike.
A small (approx 2MB) pdf brochure can be downloaded quickly and even e-mailed directly without taking too much download time or storage space. While it’s not a direct replacement for printed brochures; for speed, cost, and easy distribution you can’t fault a PDF brochure.
What We Did
Even though this was a digital brochure we still wanted to keep the feel of a hard-copy printed brochure. But because it was digital, we could bend a few rules with the page layouts, most noticeably on the front and rear covers which would only ever work in digital format.
In addition to the main e-brochure, there were several other items created that together made the new property sales pack that contained information fact sheets, rental agreements, price sheets, and location guides. All of which will eventually be translated to hard copy inserts for the printed brochure.
The End Result
We managed to capture the overall feel of the development, highlighting the forest greenery and the open space overlooking the water of Karon beach. Putting our spin on a stylish Phuket property brochure was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience and we look forward to the next.
